European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your last item, for any reason and without justification.

How to exercise your right: Use the "Returns and cancellations" link in our store footer to submit your request. You can also contact us at support@ragged-up.com. No reason is required.

Condition of returned items: You may inspect and try on items as you would in a store. We only ask that items are returned in resellable condition where possible. We may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of athe goods.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. You will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment. Your refund will include the original standard delivery cost. Return shipping costs are not refunded.

Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. In the event of withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. This information is provided to you before you place your order.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized items, sealed personal care goods once opened, or other categories exempt under EU law. Please contact us if you're unsure whether your item qualifies.
